In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the DMA is partnering with Yena to provide activities that merge art and wellness for the community.

Join Stefanie Tovar, Founder/CEO of Yena—a nonprofit devoted to cultivating love, joy, and intentional pathways to wellness—at the Dallas Museum of Art.

Held inside the Indigenous American Art Galleries, this workshop is a guided experience that weaves meditation, breathwork, and mindful journaling to support you in grounding, reflection, and appreciating what’s within you and around you at the Dallas Museum of Art.

Together, we will immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Indigenous American Art galleries, engaging in meditation, breathwork, and mindful journaling as part of this reflective experience. All ages are welcome.
